Who I am
By education, I am a financier; by profession, I am a programmer; and by passion, I am an electronics enthusiast with a keen interest in many things.
My name is Rafal.
I believe that technological advances can support people in their day-to-day lives, both at work and at home, and reduce social inequalities.
I strive to have a positive impact on my surroundings, both in business and in society, by drawing on my knowledge, experience and personal qualities. Technology is one of the tools I use to achieve this. I prioritise the security and ease of use of solutions.

I develop digital solutions to support businesses. My specialisms include the Internet of Things (IoT), industrial IoT, system development and automation. Recently, I have been paying particular attention to artificial intelligence and its applications everywhere. Professionally, I design and modernise banking systems, from needs analysis to implementation.
Although I mainly work with clients outside Poland, I also appreciate the innovation of local entrepreneurs. I also offer my services and expertise to them so that good ideas and the drive to act are not held back by inadequate technology or processes. A vision needs support to be realised on the scale it deserves.

Thanks to my experience of working with clients from all over the world, I can assist with every stage of developing IT solutions, including initial ideas, architecture, implementation, maintenance, prototyping, production and support, proof of concept and finished products, and software, hardware and AI agent systems.
I also deliver training courses for businesses. During my 12-semester studies at the University of Łódź and the Łódź University of Technology, I ran workshops on cloud technologies (Azure) using .NET (C#) as part of my teaching duties. More recently, these have been replaced by training courses on machine learning, neural networks, and artificial intelligence more broadly.
When prototyping physical devices, I use 3D printing as well as traditional methods such as soldering.
